Do I need to bring my own food?

We provide premium food and litter for all guests. However, if your cat is on a specific prescription diet, you are welcome to bring their own food.

What are the check-in requirements?

For the safety of all guests, all cats must be fully vaccinated and free of fleas/ticks and fungus before check-in.

My cat isn't vaccinated yet. Can they still stay at Moly Cat Hotel?

Yes, we can accommodate unvaccinated cats. However, to minimize health risks, they will remain in their private room for the duration of their stay and will not be eligible for common area playtime. This ensures they are not exposed to other feline guests.

Can I see my cat via CCTV?

Yes! CCTV access is included for all guests staying in our VIP Suite.

Do you accept cats with medical conditions?

Yes, we specialize in Post-Neutering and Post-Surgery care. We can assist with wound cleaning and medication administration. Please inform us of your cat’s specific medical needs during booking so we can prepare accordingly.

What happens if my cat falls ill during their stay?

If we notice any signs of illness (loss of appetite, lethargy, etc.), we will contact you immediately. If emergency care is needed, we will transport your cat to the nearest veterinary clinic. (Transportation and vet fees apply).

What are your Check-in and Check-out times?

Our standard hours are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily. To ensure a smooth transition for your cat, we recommend checking in at least 30 minute before closing.

Will my cat get playtime?

Yes! Fully vaccinated cats receive daily supervised playtime in our common area. For unvaccinated cats or shy cats, our staff spends 1-on-1 time inside their rooms to ensure they feel loved and attended to.

How will I know how my cat is doing?

We provide daily photo or video updates via WhatsApp so you can see your cat’s activities. If you book our VIP Suite, you can also watch them live 24/7 via our dedicated CCTV app.

Do you provide pet taxi services?

Yes! We offer a dedicated pet taxi service to help you transport your cat to our hotel for boarding or grooming sessions.(Transportation Fee apply based on your location)
